10/01/2010: ABC ratings soar for documentary featuring Nip n Tuck Surgeon
The documentary, 'My Beautiful Face', featuring Mr Mohammd Jawad (Nip n Tuck Surgery's lead cosmetic, plastic and reconstructive surgeon) has received outstanding ratings and viewing figures for US broadcaster ABC Network. The programme, which follows the story of acid burns victim Katie Piper and her treatment with Mr Jawad, drew the highest viewing figures on among 18 - 20 year olds on Friday 8th January 2010 with over 5.3 million people tuning in throughout America.

This success on American screens follows the trend set by viewers in the UK, when the documentary received over 3 million viewers when broadcast on Channel 4 in late 2009.

"It's great news," commented surgeon Mohammad Jawad. "I am so pleased that Katie's journey has been so eagerly followed by viewers around the world and I hope this story is an inspiration to those who have suffered similar traumas in their lives."
