Katie Piper Foundation appoints Jawad as charity trustee
Nip n Tuck's lead surgeon Mohammad Jawad has been appointed
trustee of the Katie Piper Foundation. The charity,
which helps raise support and funding for burns victims
across the UK, has become very close to Mr Jawad's heart
following his involvement in the rehabilitation of Ms.

The Channel 4 documentary, 'My Beautiful Face' which

Mr Mohammad Ali Jawad is due to appear on Channel 4's
flagship factual series, 'Cutting Edge', in mid October
2009. The programme highlights the highly acclaimed
reconstructive work that Jawad has performed over the
last 18 months on Katie Piper, the victim of a brutal
assualt in which sulphuric acid was used to disfigure

Muhammad Jawad talks to Asha Tanna about the recent
Hollywood detox trend which uses leaches. The treatment
became famous after being endorsed by actress Demi Moore
on the David Letterman show and involves leaches being
